An unforgettable and unifying experience for CPL
Leading disability charity CPL hosted the first national leadership conference in its 74-year history and its brief to BonBon was straightforward: it can't be boring.
The inaugural RISE Leadership Summit was an opportunity for team leaders across CPL to meet, share stories and unify with CPL's new set of values.
CPL tasked BonBon with developing the summit framework, producing engaging workshops and leading venue coordination.
BonBon worked closely with CPL to design interactive, intuitive and inclusive workshops incorporating the new values of BE HERE, TUNE IN, CONNECT, SPEAK UP, and GROW. Fresh coffee and a lively African drumming ensemble greeted guests and set the tone for a conference like no other.
No long speeches or confusing graphs here. Instead, staff took part in corporate speed dating – complete with 'champagne' and candle-lit tables – puzzled over jigsaws, painted by numbers, meditated mindfully and shared stories around a campfire. Marshmallows provided, of course.
